Cancellations preferably with 24 hours notice. I will never take a deposit or cancellation fee for Services that you don't attend or have to cancel last minute. I understand things come up, some days you just cant and kids get sick etc. In saying that, sometimes I do have to arrange care for my kids either at a cost or other peoples time. I will always work with you to have the best outcome for attending your appointment.
